Messrs. Pacheco and Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section __, the following new section:-

"Section ___.  Section 6 of Chapter 128C of the General Laws, as now appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words "two and one-half percent", wherever appearing, and inserting in place thereof the following words: "three-eights of one percent”."
