Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding at the end thereof the following:-  "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the New Bedford Historical Society in New Bedford for the purposes of cultural and educational programming to benefit financially disadvantaged children;"
