Ms. Donoghue moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Head of the Charles Regatta to cover costs associated with public safety"; and in said item, by striking out the figure “$343,666” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$418,666”.
