Basketball Hall of Fame

Messrs. Welch and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- "provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Basketball Hall of Fame for technological upgrades and promotions related to the 125th anniversary of the invention of the game of basketball".
