Mr. Wolf moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended to the Homeless Prevention Council of Lower Cape Cod"; and in said item, by striking out the figures "$6,387,921" and inserting in place thereof the figures "6,437,921"
