Ms. Forry and Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following: “provided further, that the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, in cooperation with the Commonwealth Coorperation, shall award not less than $300,000 to the New England Center for Arts and Technology, Inc.;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,163,995” and inserting in place thereof the figures of “$2,463,995”
