Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- “; provided further, that $25,000 shall be expended for the creation and implementation of a plan to attract a major championship in golf to the Ponkapoag Golf Course in the town of Canton”.
