Mr. Humason moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0100, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for HolyokeWorks of Holyoke for their programs addressing the needs of low-skilled and bilingual workers"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$827,092" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$857,092".
