Ms. L'Italien moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1206, by inserting the following: "provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be allocated for Arlington Community Trabajando of Lawrence for the purpose of community development initiatives, affordable housing, foreclosure prevention, first time homebuyer education, family financial literacy, business and youth development" and by striking the figure "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1450,000"
