Ms. L'Italien moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0108, by inserting the following words: "provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be allocated for the redevelopment of the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc. Child Care Center in the City of Lawrence"
