Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2300-0100, by inserting in Section 2, in item 2300-0101, the following words:-“; provided that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for emergency repairs and design and engineering plans for the restoration of Morse Pier in the town of Manchester-By-the-Sea”, and in said item, by striking out the figures “$571,525” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$621,525”

and further moves to amend by inserting in Section 2, in item 2330-0100, after the words “sustainable fisheries,” the following:-“provided, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the planning necessary to redevelop and maximize the functionality of the University of Massachusetts Marine Station at Hodgkins Cove in Gloucester, provided further that any funds expended from this item shall be matched by funds from the federal government or other sources”, and in said item, by striking out the figures “$973,616” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1,003,616”

and further moves to amend by inserting in Section 2, in item 0640-0300, the following words:- “provided, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for the restoration and preservation of the historic fishing vessel Phyllis A by the Phyllis A Marine Association in the Port of Gloucester”, and in said item, by striking out the figures “$13,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$13,060,000”
