DCR MassPark Passes

Messrs. deMacedo, O'Connor, Tarr, Fattman and Ross moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 77, by striking out in line 873 the following word:-- “discounted”;

and further by striking out the following words:--

“The secretary of administration and finance shall establish the discounted fee pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7 for an annual MassParks pass or senior MassParks pass to be purchased at the registry; provided, however, that the cost of the passes shall not be greater than the cost of those purchased at other department facilities.”.
