Messrs. Joyce and Barrett, Ms. Forry and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting the following: “; provided further that $100,000 shall be expended for the operations of the Blue Hill Observatory and Science Center”
