Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting the following:-

"; provided further that $250,000 shall be expended for the creation of a park on Truman Parkway on or near the Neponset River in the Town of Milton, to be known as the Chief Justice Roderick L. Ireland Park".
