Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further; that $50,000 shall be expended for improvements in the fencing, stone wall, and sidewalks along Route 28 at the John L. Kelly Field in the town of Milton.”
