Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided that no less than $375,000 be expended for the purchase of land in the Douglas State Forest”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$4,269,116” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,644,116”
