Maximum Salary for Eligibility

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in section 3, subsection (c), by striking out the word “and” in line 51, and inserting after the words “chapter 32” in line 54, the following text:- “; and (v) employees whose annual rate of compensation as of April 27, 2015 exceeds $125,000”
