An Amendment Relating to Unfinished Transporation Projects

Mr. Fattman moves to amend the bill by inserting after the first sentence of the second paragraph of section 9, the following text:-

“The preceding 90-day time limitation and salary costs limitation shall not apply to an employee re-employed by the department of transportation.”
