Regarding Office of Watershed Management Employees

Ms. Gobi moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end of section 3 the following subsection:-

(f) The Massachusetts Water Supply Protection Trust established in chapter 149 of the Acts of 2004 shall not be considered a trust for the purposes of this section and an employee whose compensation is paid from the fund shall be eligible to receive a benefit from the retirement incentive program provided that the employee satisfies all of the other requirements for eligibility.
