Broadcast of Senate Sessions

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in rule 59A by inserting in the end thereof the following:-

"The committee on Rules shall conduct a feasibility study on providing a copy of each formal Senate session broadcast to each community antenna television systems, said study shall also provide a progress report on the implementation of Wi-Fi in the state house. Said report shall be filed with the clerks office no later than May 1."
