Further Amendment 4.1

An Amendment to further amend committee roll call votes

Messrs. Fattman, Tarr, Hedlund, Humason, Ross and DeMacedo move to further amend amendment #4 by inserting at the end of the underlying amendment the following:- “Provided in the two weeks prior to the third Wednesday in November which shall be considered the conclusion of all formal business of the first annual session of the General Court or the two weeks prior to the last day of July  of the second annual session committees shall post all recorded votes as soon as practicable”
