Conducting Senate Business Beyond the Hour of Midnight

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking Rule 38A 1/2 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

38A 1/2. The Senate shall not continue in session beyond midnight. This rule shall not be suspended without the unanimous consent of the members present and voting consent to such suspension on a recorded yea and nay vote.
