Time to consider committee polls

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in Rule 12 by inserting after the words "formal session" the following:-

"All standing committees must provide committee members a minimum of 4 hours to review committee polls prior to submitting their vote, this portion of the rule may be suspended by a majority vote by the members of the standing committee on a recorded yay and nay."
