Relative to committee cost-effectiveness oversight I

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the order in joint rule 4A, by inserting at the end thereof the following new sentence:-

“If said fiscal note is not filed a written explanation must be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate, published in the senate and house journal, and posted on the General Court website.”
