Posting of Committee Roll Call

Messrs. Tarr and Eldridge move to amend the order in rule 4 by striking in the second paragraph the following:-"provided that votes may also be recorded electronically at the direction of the Clerks. The record of all such roll calls shall be kept in the offices of the committee and posted on the website of the General Court within 48 hours of the vote" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"provided that votes shall also be recorded electronically at the direction of the Clerks. The record of all such roll calls shall be kept in the offices of the committee and posted on the official website of the General Court in a clear and conspicuous manner at the direction of the Clerks of both branches within 48 hours of the vote."
