Further amendment to the technical amendment

Ms. Chandler moves to further amend amendment #26 by inserting at the end of the amended sentence in section 1D the words:-

"In the case of illness or leave of absence of a committee chair, the President or Speaker, respectively, may designate the vice chair of a committee to assume the duties of temporary acting chair until such time as the chair is able to resume the duties of chair. The absent chair shall not lose title or salary as a result of this absence nor shall the vice chair assume any of the above."
