Further Amendment 10.1

Exemption for multiple capacity locker rooms and showers

Mr. deMacedo moves to further amend amendment #10 By striking the underlying text and inserting in place there of the following:-

by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION _. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the provisions of this act shall not apply to multiple capacity gender based locker rooms and showering facilities where there is an expectation of privacy that do not provide for separation between occupants.
