Single Capacity Restrooms

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION__. Chapter 92A of Chapter 272, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"The provisions of this act shall not apply to facilities with one or more restrooms designated as unisex."
