An Amendment to Provide An Exception to Rest Room and Locker Room Facilities Used Primarily by Minors

Mr. Hunt of Sandwich moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after line 10, after the word “identity”, the following:-

“provided further, the provisions of this section shall not apply to public rest room, locker room, and bath house facilities intended primarily for the use of minors.”
