Amendment #23 to S735

Single-occupancy changing and restroom facilities in all new construction in public accommodations

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section X. This act shall require any building constructed after January 1st 2017, and held as a public accommodation as defined in section 92A of chapter 272 of the General Laws, to maintain at least one gender neutral single-occupancy restroom for use by the public.
