An Amendment Regarding Single-User Rest Room, Locker Room, Bath House, and Seashore Facilities

Mr. Hunt of Sandwich moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. All public single-user rest room, locker room, bath house, and seashore facilities shall not be segregated on the basis of sex.”
