Amendment #35 to S735

Reasserting the Definition of Gender Identity

Representatives Dooley of Norfolk and McKenna of Webster move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  The term gender identity as used herein shall have the meaning as set forth in clause 59, Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition.”
