Exemption for multiple capacity showers and locker rooms

Representatives Poirier of North Attleborough, Hill of Ipswich, Whelan of Brewster, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, O'Connell of Taunton, Vieira of Falmouth, McKenna of Webster, Lombardo of Billerica, Lyons of Andover, Garry of Dracut, Orrall of Lakeville, Muratore of Plymouth, Frost of Auburn, Fiola of Fall River, Kuros of Uxbridge, DeCoste of Norwell, Ashe of Longmeadow and Dooley of Norfolk move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the provisions of this act shall not apply to multiple capacity gender based locker rooms and showering facilities where there is an expectation of privacy that do not provide for separation between occupants.
