Amendment #6 to S735

Implementation Date

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in Section 5, in line 20, by inserting after the date, “January 1, 2017”, the following:—

“or after such time that the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination has promulgated rules and regulations required by section 4 of this act, whichever is later”
