Improper Use Penalties I

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION __. Section 7 of chapter 4, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further that any such action shall be punished pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 53 of Chapter 272, as so appearing in the General Laws."
