Training Resources

Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new sections:

SECTION 6.  To ensure that law enforcement is provided with training to appropriately respond to issues arising from the enforcement or implementation of the provisions of this act, the sums set forth in this act, for the several purposes and subject to the conditions specified in this act, are hereby made available, subject to the laws regulating the disbursement of public funds, which sums shall be in addition to any other amounts previously appropriated for these purposes.

SECTION 7.

8000-xxxxFor the executive office of public safety and security to train state and municipal police to ensure appropriate law enforcement response to issues arising from the enforcement or implementation of this Act……………………………..$15,000.
