Amendment #19 to H2017

House Audits

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the order by striking the last sentence of Rule 85A, as appearing in lines 1425 through 1427, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“A copy of such audit shall be filed electronically with the Clerk of the House and shall be posted online on the General Court website in a clear and conspicuous manner so that it may be easily accessible to the members and the general public.”
