Public access to committee votes

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Diehl of Whitman and Lyons of Andover move to amend the order in proposed Rule 17B by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

“Whenever a House committee votes to give any legislation a favorable or adverse report, there shall be a recorded vote of the full committee.”
