Representatives O'Connell of Taunton and Lyons of Andover move to amend the order in proposed Rule 4, in lines 277 to 282, inclusive, by striking out the paragraph in those lines and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph :-
“A vote of a joint to give legislation a favorable or adverse report shall be a recorded vote of the full committee. Such votes shall be recorded on appropriate forms that show all votes for and against the particular committee action; provided that votes may also be recorded in LAWS. The record of all such roll calls shall be kept in the offices of the committee and shall be posted on the website of the General Court within 48 hours of the vote for public inspection. "
