Tech Amend

Mr. Dempsey of Haverhill moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 19 the following section:-

“SECTION 19A. The special legislative commission established by said section 151 of said chapter 133 is hereby revived and continued.”

And moves to further amend the bill by inserting after section 24 the following 3 sections:-

“SECTION 24A. The special legislative commission established by chapter 4 of the resolves of 2016 is hereby revived and continued.

SECTION 24B. Section 19A shall take effect as of March 1, 2017.

SECTION 24C. Section 24A shall take effect as of March 15, 2017.”
