Aberjona Riverbank restoration

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0101,  by adding the following: "not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Town of Winchester to restore the Aberjona Riverbank"; and in said item striking out the figures "$855,156" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$905,156".
