Representatives Hay of Fitchburg, Benson of Lunenburg, Chan of Quincy, DiZoglio of Methuen, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Schmid of Westport and Campanale of Leicester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-0111,  by striking out the figures "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,250,000".
