Youth in Crisis

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after the year "2018" the following: "provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Youth in Crisis located in Dorchester"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$349,361".
