Outside the Box Festival

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after the words "March 1, 2018" the following: "; and provided further that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for Outside the Box in the city of Boston"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,049,361".
