Elder Homelessness Prevention and Support

Representatives Ultrino of Malden, Rushing of Boston, Khan of Newton, Brodeur of Melrose, O'Day of West Boylston, Garlick of Needham, Cantwell of Marshfield, DiZoglio of Methuen, Puppolo of Springfield, Smizik of Brookline, Dwyer of Woburn, Keefe of Worcester, Poirier of North Attleborough, Walsh of Framingham, DuBois of Brockton, Heroux of Attleboro, Decker of Cambridge, Garballey of Arlington and Stanley of Waltham move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 9110-1700, by striking out the following “for residential assessment and placement programs for homeless elders ........$186,000,” and inserting in place thereof the following: “for assessment, placement and homelessness prevention services for homeless and at-risk elders........$286,000.”
