Amendment #1038 to H3600

Tom Lopes Community Sculpture Project

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 10, by inserting after the year “2017” the following:  “and provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Tom Lopes Community Sculpture Project in New Bedford”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$35,163,728" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$35,193,728".
