Representatives Khan of Newton, Provost of Somerville, Day of Stoneham, Ultrino of Malden, Keefe of Worcester, Schmid of Westport, Decker of Cambridge, Cantwell of Marshfield, Lewis of Framingham, Tosado of Springfield, Williams of Springfield and Gordon of Bedford Representative Khan of Newton moves to amend pending amendment 1049 by striking it in its entirety and inserting place thereof the following:-

Representative Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 58 the following section:-

Section 58C.  Chapter 431 of the acts of 2014, as amended by section 35 of chapter 119 of the acts of 2015, is hereby amended by striking out, in the last sentence, the words “June 30, 2017” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  December 31, 2018.
