Infrastructure and Capacity Building Grants

Ms. Cronin of Easton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0500, by adding the following: "and provided further, that $10,000,000 may be expended from this item, or item 4000-0700, if necessary to achieve maximum federal financial participation, to enhance the ability of health centers to serve populations in need more efficiently and effectively."
