Amendment #1059 to H3600

DTA Specialist Caseload

Representatives Khan of Newton, Decker of Cambridge, Fernandes of Falmouth, Cantwell of Marshfield, O'Connell of Taunton, Tosado of Springfield, Keefe of Worcester and Williams of Springfield move that the bill be amended by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX: Section 5 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 71 and 72, the words "and shall have a caseload of not more than 60 recipients.”
