Amendment #107 to H3600

Increasing the Massachusetts Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 6, subsection h, of chapter 62 of the General Laws [M.G.L. c. 62, S. 6(h)] is hereby amended by striking out the words “23 per cent” wherever they appear and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words “50 per cent”."
